1. Home delivery serivce

2. Over 2,000 self pick-up location
Base on the pacel size, our system would decide wether the order is fit for self pick-up location. The self pick-up location includes: smart locker (SF, Alfred, Pakpobox), SF service center, convienience store (OK, 7-11, Shell).

Self Pick-up Steps:

Customers will recieve SMS notification when the parcels arrive the pick-up location
If the parcels are not collected within 24 hours, courier may take it back anytime

3. Japan Home same day Pick-up
Yoho offers same day pick-up if you place your order before 9am (Monday to Friday). There are 30 Japan Home stores to choose from!

Self Pick-up Procedure:
• The pickup location is shown on the checkout page.
• Orders placed after 9:00 am will be delivered to your selected Japan Home on the next working day (excluding Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays)
• Customers will receive a pick-up email notification from Yoho when the parcel arrives at the selected Japan Home store.
• If the package is not collected within the next day, Japan Home may charge additional fees, or the package may be returned to the warehouse. The shipping fee for re-shipment will be paid by the customer.

4. Retail store pickup
Retail store pickup, simple and fast.
When the product can be picked up, system will send an email notification, customer can present the email and pick it up at the store.

*Please note pickup points and retail store pickup services are not available for products sold by merchants.

Purchases over $500 FREE delivery
  •  Except for remote area and outlying island
  •  Except for China, Macau, Taiwan and other oversea areas

Purchases over $500 FREE locker pick-up
  • Based on the size and weight of the product, our system will determine if the product is suitable for locker pick-up service.
  • The pick-up location will be showed on the order page.
  • Customers can pick up their order at the selected location according to the SMS sent by locker pick-up system.
  • Every order can be delivered to a single locker only.
  • Courier can recover and cancel orders not picked up in 48 hours without notice.
For orders under HK$500, a delivery charge of HK$17 per each order shall apply

Shipping Fee Calculation
The shipping fee is charged based on our human resources and operation cost, which are comprised of the third party courier delivery and packing cost. Therefore, the shipping fee does not equal to the fee charged by the courier. 

Generally speaking, for package weighted under 1 kg, a shipping fee of HK$33 will be charged. For package weighted more than 1kg, extra fee will be considerably charged, customers can view the fee on the payment page clearly. 

If customers purchase home appliances with extra shipping fee, and other items on the same order form are less than HK$1000, there will be separate shipping fee. 

For example, there will be HK$50 shipping fee for purchasing IRIS OHYAMA Dust Mites Removing Bed Cleaner (which belongs to the home appliances with extra shipping fee category);on top of the that, will there will be HK$33 shipping fee for purchasing IRIS OHYAMA accessories on the same order form under HK$1000; altogether, the total shipping fee is $83.

Merchants Orders 

Free delivery services are generally available for items sold and fulfilled by merchants, subject to a minimum order value designated by individual merchants. The free shipping threshold can be seen on the product page. Please refer to the checkout page if free shipping is offered for your order. Final payment amount (including shipping fee, if applicable) will be calculated.
Oversea Shipping
As a leading online consumer electronics store online, Yoho welcomes order from overseas.*

Shipping fee
It will be automatic calculated by the region and product weight. It will be shown on the payment page. Due to the exchange rate fluctuations, customer may need to pay extra shipping cost for overseas orders. Besides, customer need to address customs or tax issue. (Free delivery promotion is not applicable to overseas shipping services)

After-Sale service
There is 7-day free replacement guarantee for manufacturer defective. Distributor offers 1-year Hong Kong local warranty service. Customer will need to bear the delivery charge.

Some country charges tariff for imports, the amount would be paid by the customers.

Shipping Time
The shipping time for overseas/ Macau orders is an additional 3 working days from the working days listed on the product page.
