How to inquire about the product stock level
Yoho runs a real time stock system. You can go to the product page for the stock level of the moment.






Scenario 1: In stock in the warehouse
After completing the payment on the website, you can choose to deliver it to your door, pick up at the pick-up points or stores. We are committed to arranging goods to be shipped within 8 working hours (depending on different products).




Scenario 2: Out of stock in the warehouse
You can pay and reserve online. We will place an order with the supplier and expect to ship within the working days listed on the product page of the website(depending on different products). You can choose to deliver to your door, pick up at the pick-up points or stores.




Scenario 3: In stock at the stores
After the online payment is confirmed, the store staff will prepare the order as soon as possible. You can pick up the goods at the store after receiving the <pickup notification email>. You can also buy directly at the stores and pick up immediately.




Scenario 4: Out of stock at the stores
You can pay and reserve online. The goods are expected to be shipped from the warehouse to the store within 1 - 2 working days (depending on different products). You can pick up the goods at the stores when you receive an email notification.
