Are three any security settings to ensure online transaction

What are the delivery options
1.Home delivery serivce
Yoho provides territory-wide delivery service, including Hong Kong Island, Kowloon, the New Territories, Tung Chung, Ma Wan, Discovery Bay and Airport. Please note that remote location may take more delivery time and extra delivery fees.

2. Over 2,000 self pick-up location
Base on the pacel size, our system would decide wether the order is fit for self pick-up location. The self pick-up location includes: smart locker (SF, Alfred), SF service center, convienience store (OK, 7-11, Vango, Shell).

Self Pick-up Steps:
Pick up location is shown on the checkout page
Customers will recieve SMS notification when the parcels arrive the pick-up location
If the parcels are not collected within 24 hours, courier may take it back anytime

3. Retail store pickup
Retail store pickup, simple and fast.
When the product can be picked up, system will send an email notification, customer can present the email and pick it up at the store.

Shipping Fee Enquiry
We offer free delivery or self pick-up for orders totalling HK$500; Free delivery for self-pickup at Kwun Tong and Cheung Sha Wan stores.

Generally speaking, for package weighted under 1 kg, a shipping fee of HK$33 will be charged. For package weighted more than 1kg, extra fee will be considerably charged, customers can view the fee on the payment page clearly.

Shipping to Mainland

Free delivery for orders amount over $500. If the order amount is less than $500, $28 shipping fee will be charged for first 1KG, and $12 shipping fee will be charged for each additional 1KG.

Merchants Orders

Free delivery services are generally available for items sold and fulfilled by merchants, subject to a minimum order value designated by individual merchants. The free shipping threshold can be seen on the product page. Please refer to the checkout page if free shipping is offered for your order. Final payment amount (including shipping fee, if applicable) will be calculated.
Delivery Time
The estimated dellivery will be shown on the product page. Extra time would be needed for the following locations:
  • Remote area in Hong Kong, Oulying Islands (Cheung Chau, Lamma Island, Peng Chau etc), Ma Wan, Lantau Island, Airport Restricted Areas.
  • Mainland China, Macau, Taiwan and other overseas region. 
Limited delivery service will be provided on public holidays and eves (e.g. Lunar New Year, Mid-Autumn Festival, Winter Solstice, Christmas). The delivery time may be delayed.

*The items sold by merchants might be delivered by their own logistics team or third-party vendors such as SF Express, Jumppoint, etc. If you wish to inquire about the status of shipment, you may contact the merchant directly or use the tracking ID shown on the “My Orders” page.
Store-pick-up
How to buy
Customers can order online, then choose the delivery method as store pick-up, and choose a branch. If the product shows that the store is in stock when the order is placed, the delivery speed will be higher. If the product is only available in the warehouse, it normally takes 1-2 working days to transfer the products. Due to the time required for the distribution and delivery of the products, please pick-up the goods at the branch only after receiving the e-mail notification, so as not to make the trip in vain.

Need to know about self-collection
Customers must pick-up the goods within 15 days after receiving the notification. Due to the limited warehouse area of the branch, the company needs to transfer back to the warehouse for overdue orders. The company reserves the right to charge additional administrative fees and storage fees to customers. If the products have not been picked up for more than 60 days after the notification, the company will handle it by itself without further notice. In addition, once the order is confirmed, the style or color of the product cannot be changed, nor the branch. When customers pick-up their products, the staff may request further information to verify their identity, such as full name or the credit card that the customer placed the order. If it cannot be verified, the staff has the right to refuse delivering the product to protect customer interests.

International shipping

Shipping fee
It will be automatic calculated by the region and product weight. It will be shown on the payment page. Due to the exchange rate fluctuations, customer may need to pay extra shipping cost for overseas orders. Besides, customer need to address customs or tax issue. (Free delivery promotion is not applicable to overseas shipping services)

Cross-border E-commerce Tax and Surcharge
The following instructions are only applicable to customers in Mainland China.

 1. What is the current national policy for purchasing products on cross-border e-commerce platforms?

 According to the "Notice on Improving the Tax Policies for Cross-border E-commerce Retail Imports", the single transaction limit for cross-border e-commerce retail imports is RMB 5,000, and the individual annual transaction limit is RMB 26,000.

For cross-border e-commerce retail imported goods imported within the limit, the tariff rate is temporarily set to 0%. The import link value-added tax and consumption tax are cancelled, and the tax exemption is temporarily levied at 70% of the legal tax payable.

When the duty-paid price exceeds the single transaction limit of $5,000 but is less than the annual transaction limit of $26,000, and there is only one item under the order, it can be imported from cross-border e-commerce retail channels. Full tariff, import value-added tax and consumption tax will be levied based on the product tax rate. The transaction amount is included in the total annual. However, if the total annual transaction exceeds the annual transaction limit, it shall be managed as general trade.

2. Do members in Mainland China need to pay tax on goods purchased on YOHO?

 For goods purchased on YOHO, consumers pay the corresponding taxes and fees based on the amount of the goods in the order and the corresponding tax rate when the order is submitted. They do not need to pay separately to the corresponding customs department.

According to the policy, cross-border e-commerce retail imported goods are subject to tariff, import value-added tax, and consumption tax. Individuals who purchase cross-border e-commerce retail imported goods are taxpayers. The actual transaction price (including the retail price of goods, freight and insurance) Fees) as the duty-paid price, e-commerce companies, e-commerce transaction platform companies or logistics companies can act as agents of collection and payment.
